Hi! Gentlemen,
We are urgently looking for one HR & Admin Assistant / Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with MBA or equivalent in HR / Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR & Administration within KSA.
Strong knowledge of HR administration (employee files, contracts, attendance, leave management, recruitment support).
Good understanding of Saudi labour regulations and HR documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Basic Salary will be Fixed 3000 SAR for 10 Hours
Able to join immediately or on short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documents.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with other departments for day-to-day admin and HR tasks.
Handle general office administration and support management as required.
