We are seeking a Recrutment Operations Assistant with prior construction company experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be available to join immediately and capable of handling multiple manpower requirements in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding

Source and screen candidates for construction & industrial roles

Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and mobilization

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

Follow up on documents, approvals, and joining formalities

Coordinate with HR, site teams, and manpower suppliers

Requirements & Skills

Mandatory experience in a construction company

Immediate availability to join

Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle

Good communication skills in English

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Preferred

Experience in Oil & Gas / industrial recruitment

Knowledge of Saudi labor documentation / mobilization
