Employment Type: Local Transfer (IQAMA) Only

Duration: 6-12monhts

Job Summary

The Fabrication Shop Supervisor is responsible for supervising night-shift fabrication activities within a plant construction environment, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate night-shift fabrication activities to meet project schedules.

Manage fabrication teams including welders, fitters, and helpers.

Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, WPS, ITPs, and specifications.

Monitor productivity, manpower deployment, and material usage.

Enforce HSE rules and maintain a safe working environment.

Coordinate with QA/QC and site teams to ensure quality compliance.

Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe work practices.

Inspect fabricated items for quality and dimensional accuracy.

Prepare daily progress and manpower reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical / Fabrication discipline.

Minimum 5–8 years experience in fabrication supervision within plant or industrial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of structural steel and plant fabrication works.

Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.

Night-shift supervisory experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Good understanding of fabrication processes and safety standards.

Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Only candidates available for Local Transfer with valid Saudi IQAMA will be considered.
