A Company announces an open position for a Technical and Financial Proposals Specialist (Government Tenders), responsible for preparing and submitting bids for government tenders through approved platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop technical and financial proposals in accordance with government tender requirements.

Review and analyze tender documents, terms, and specifications to ensure full compliance.

Coordinate with internal departments to collect required information and prepare supporting documents.

Manage the submission process on government tender platforms and follow up on proposal status.

Ensure accuracy, quality, and competitiveness of submitted proposals to achieve the highest acceptance rates.

Requirements:

Minimum of two years of experience in preparing technical and financial proposals for government tenders.

Proficiency in using government tender platforms such as Etimad and similar systems.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to write professional and persuasive technical proposals.

Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Position is open to all nationalities; Saudi nationality is not required.
