Position: Traffic Management Engineer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Summary:

Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring traffic management activities for EPC and building construction projects, ensuring safety, smooth traffic flow, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)

Manage traffic diversions, road closures, and temporary arrangements

Coordinate with Saudi Traffic Police, Municipality, and authorities

Ensure traffic safety, signage, barricading, and HSE compliance

Supervise traffic marshals and subcontractors

Handle on-site traffic issues and reporting

Requirements:

Degree in Civil / Transportation Engineering

5+ years’ experience in Traffic Management (EPC / Building projects)

Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience preferred

Knowledge of local traffic rules and safety standards
