We are looking for a reliable employee from Indonesia or Malaysia who is currently living in Oman to join our company as an Import & Export Office Assistant. Requirements: • Nationality: Indonesian or Malaysian (mandatory) • Must be currently residing in Oman • Good knowledge of import and export procedures • Ability to handle office and administrative work • Fluent in English and fluent in Indonesian or Malay • Experience with documentation, emails, invoices, and supplier coordination is an advantage • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Job Responsibilities: • Assist with import and export operations • Handle office work and documentation • Communicate with suppliers, clients, and logistics partners • Support daily administrative and coordination tasks Location: Qurum, Muscat, Oman Contact: WhatsApp only –
