JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution activities.

Ensure project works are completed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.

Conduct snagging & de-snagging activities before handover.

Support Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

10–15 years of total experience in large-scale construction projects.

Strong KSA experience (Mandatory).

Proven experience in Mega / Giga Projects preferred.

Excellent site execution & coordination skills.

Ability to join immediately.
