We, the project management team-Owner’s Office, are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team for a 4-star hotel project.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating detailed CAD drawings and coordinating with the design team, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the hotel industry.
Responsibilities:
– Create accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings for architectural and interior design elements
– Collaborate with the design team to ensure drawings meet project requirements
– Prepare and manage CAD files and documentation
– Coordinate with engineers and contractors as needed
Requirements:
– Minimum 10 years of experience in the hotel industry
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant software
– Attention to detail and strong communication skills
– Experience in hotel design or similar projects preferred
