Role Overview

We are hiring a kitchen-focused Maintenance Technician with end-to-end knowledge of restaurant kitchen equipment and maintenance works. This role is responsible for kitchen maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and fast response to emergency breakdowns to ensure operational continuity.

Scope of Work (Kitchen & Equipment Maintenance)

Refrigeration systems: refrigerators, freezers, walk-in chillers (fault diagnosis, basic repairs, performance checks).

HVAC systems: split and cassette AC units (routine servicing and troubleshooting).

Commercial kitchen equipment: ovens, grinders, mixers, and related machines (inspection, calibration support, and vendor coordination when required).

Basic electrical: switches, sockets, and minor wiring within safe limits and under company standards.

Basic plumbing: leakages, drainage issues, and grease trap support.

Preventive maintenance: daily/weekly/monthly checklists, reporting, and follow-up actions.

Emergency response: fast troubleshooting and quick repair support to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for kitchen and supporting systems.

Keep maintenance records, checklists, and spare parts tracking up to date.

Identify recurring failures and propose practical corrective actions to reduce breakdowns.

Ensure compliance with safety practices and internal operational standards across sites.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant/hospitality maintenance with strong kitchen-equipment exposure.

Solid practical knowledge across refrigeration, HVAC, ovens/kitchen machines, plus basic electrical and plumbing.

Ability to work under pressure, handle urgent breakdowns, and manage priorities across multiple locations.

Computer literate (maintenance logs, emails, reporting).

Good command of English (reading and basic reporting/communication).
