Job Description:

The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining wooden pallets, crates, boxes, and frames used during cargo examination. Duties include dismantling and re-packing cargo after inspection, measuring and cutting wood to specifications, and building temporary supports or platforms when required. The role requires safe operation of carpentry tools, adherence to safety procedures, and timely completion of work to support smooth cargo operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience (cargo/warehouse experience preferred)

High school diploma or technical certificate

Ability to read measurements and basic drawings

Knowledge of safety practices in industrial environments
