We’re Hiring: IT Technician (LED Screen Systems)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on IT Technician to support, install, and maintain LED screen systems and related IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience working with LED displays, control systems, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues in institutional or commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain LED screens, video walls, and digital display systems

Troubleshoot LED modules, controllers, processors, and power supplies

Configure sending/receiving cards and display control software

Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and testing of LED screens

Provide on-site and remote technical support

Diagnose network and signal issues (LAN, fiber, HDMI, DVI, SDI)

Maintain system documentation and service reports

Coordinate with vendors and installation teams when required

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in IT, Electronics, or related field

Proven experience with LED display systems or audiovisual technology

Knowledge of LED control systems and software

Understanding of networking basics and signal transmission

Ability to read technical diagrams and wiring layouts

Willingness to work on-site and at heights when required

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with LED brands and processors

Basic electronics repair knowledge

AV or digital signage certification (advantage)
