Job Title: Automobile Mechanical Foreman

Experience Required: 02 to 05 Years (Relevant Field)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Automobile Mechanical Foreman to manage workshop operations and oversee vehicle maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanics, handling inventory, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth vehicle operations across sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure timely vehicle maintenance and repairs

Handle workshop manpower and guide mechanics and technicians

Manage inventory, stock records, spare parts, and consumables

Maintain and update all workshop trackers, logs, and maintenance records

Prepare and submit bills, invoices, and related documentation on time

Coordinate with vendors for spare parts, services, and repairs

Handle driver grievances related to vehicle performance and maintenance issues

Conduct site visits and vehicle inspections as required

Ensure proper preparation, verification, and maintenance of vehicle documents

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
