Job Description:

currently seeking a skilled BMS Technician to join our facilities management team to ensure our building management systems operate efficiently and reliably.

As a BMS Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the hospital’s building management systems. You will work closely with the maintenance teams to optimize system performance, ensuring safety and compliance with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, operate, and maintain the building management system (BMS) including HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and security controls.

Diagnose and repair faults in the BMS hardware and field devices.

Perform regular system inspections and preventive maintenance.

Collaborate with contractors and vendors for system upgrades and repairs.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical or a related field.

Proven experience as a BMS Technician, preferably in a hospital or large facility environment.

Strong knowledge of BMS software, controls, and communication protocols.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

Good understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and fire safety systems.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexible hours including emergency call-outs if required.
