WE’RE HIRING – HSE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our team on the Jafurah Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities to ensure full compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

Position: HSE Manager

Project: Jafurah Project

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, plans, and procedures

Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and local HSE standards

Lead HSE teams, site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

Investigate incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions

Promote a strong safety culture across the project

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field

NEBOSH IGC / IOSH or equivalent HSE certification

Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience (oil & gas / mega projects preferred)

Experience with Saudi Aramco projects is a strong advantage

Strong leadership and communication skills
