We are hiring an ambitious Sales Executive to drive business growth across Saudi Arabia within the hospitality sector.
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with strong experience in FF&E or OS&E who enjoys hunting new business, building senior-level relationships, and closing deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
– Own and grow B2B and project-based sales across KSA
– Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, hospitality suppliers, designers, architects, and procurement firms
– Conduct 12–15 qualified client meetings per week
– Target hotel groups, resorts, and large-scale developments
– Identify new hotel openings and refurbishment projects
– Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
– Negotiate pricing, discounts, and commercial terms
– Work closely with regional HQ for tenders, quotations, and sales support
– Maintain accurate CRM updates and report weekly sales progress
– Travel across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Medina
– Represent the brand at trade shows and industry exhibitions
Requirements
– Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FF&E or OS&E within hospitality
– Strong, established network in the hospitality industry (essential)
– Proven success in closing sales and managing multiple opportunities
– Fluent in Arabic and English
– Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
– Strong planning and time management skills
– Confident communicator with a friendly, professional personality
– Comfortable with frequent travel and face-to-face client meetings
– Valid Saudi driving license and own car (required)
