This is a full-time marketing sales on-site & role for a Construction Sales position at PARADISE POOLS, located in Riffa. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, and promoting services to customers. The role also involves providing guidance to customers on decisions related to their purchases and coordinating with the construction team to ensure smooth project execution for customers.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong Sales and Sales Management capabilities
Ability to organize and deliver effective Training for team members
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills
Previous experience in the construction or swimming pool industry is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
