We are a paper products manufacturing company seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth in Riyadh Province.

Requirements:

• Graduate, age below 40 years

• Proven experience in paper products, tissue paper, or plastic products manufacturing in Riyadh

• Strong knowledge of wholesale and retail markets

• Fluent in Arabic, as most customers are Arabic-speaking

• Good command of English

• Strong computer skills

• Target-oriented with the ability to achieve monthly and yearly sales growth targets

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Indian national preferred; candidates from Kerala highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate the sales team

• Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets

• Build a new and sustainable client base

• Generate new business through active market visits and negotiations

• Develop wholesale and retail sales channels

• Expand existing customer accounts and increase overall sales
