About Role:
The Legal General Counsel is responsible for overseeing all legal matters of the company, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing strategic legal advice to management and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all legal affairs, contracts, and corporate governance matters.
Provide legal advice and risk assessment to senior management.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
Manage disputes, claims, and coordination with external legal counsel.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
– Minimum 8–10 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
– Strong experience in contract law, compliance, and corporate governance.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and advisory skills.
– Valid Iqamah
