Key Responsibilities:

Driving Duties:

Safely drive the employer, family members, or executives to assigned destinations

Plan routes to ensure punctuality and avoid traffic

Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel level, and overall condition

Arrange regular servicing, maintenance, and inspections

Follow traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies

Assistant Duties:

Assist with personal errands, office support, and daily tasks as assigned

Handle document collection/delivery, bill payments, and banking errands

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules when required

Assist with luggage, shopping, and household-related tasks

Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and basic reporting

Maintain confidentiality of personal and official matters

Requirements & Qualifications:

Valid driving license

Proven experience as a Chauffeur Driver or Personal Driver

Experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Assistant is an advantage

Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations

Polite, well-groomed, and professional appearance

Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, scanning documents)

Ability to communicate in English (Arabic preferred)

Honest, reliable, punctual, and flexible

Preferred Skills:

Defensive driving skills

Time management and multitasking ability

Familiarity with GPS/navigation apps

Experience driving luxury vehicles

Working Conditions:
