Key Responsibilities:
Preparing detailed Shop Drawings (Civil, Architectural, and Steel Structure).
Accurate Quantity Surveying (QS): Performing material take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil and finishing works.
Coordinating with the engineering team to ensure drawings and quantities align with project specifications.
Updating as-built drawings and maintaining technical documentation.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the construction industry within Saudi Arabia.
Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong background in Quantity Surveying (QS) and cost estimation assistance.
Experience with Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) or industrial projects is an advantage.
Transferable Iqama.
Work Location: Dammam.
