Role Overview

We are a growing commercial construction company in Saudi Arabia, currently executing multiple projects in multiple locations.

We are looking for an experienced construction finance professional to work with us as an external Finance Manager / Financial Consultant.

This is not a full-time role, and no visa or sponsorship is provided.

The professional will work independently, support our internal team, and bring strong financial control, cash-flow discipline, and project cost visibility.

Scope of Work

• Project-wise cost control and margin monitoring

• Client billing, certification tracking, and collections follow-up

• Cash flow forecasting and working capital control

• Subcontractor and supplier payment verification

• Monthly financial reporting (P&L, cash flow, project reports)

• VAT, Zakat, payroll, and statutory compliance oversight

• Setting up simple financial systems and controls

Who Should Apply

• Minimum 8–12 years experience in construction finance (Saudi experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of BOQs, variations, subcontractor payments, and retention

• Hands-on experience with VAT, Zakat, WPS, and KSA compliance

• Comfortable working with multiple live projects

• Able to work independently and communicate clearly with management and site teams
