We are looking for a skilled Bon Bon & Praline Specialist to lead the production of handcrafted and hand-painted bonbons and filled chocolates. This role is highly detail-oriented and suited for someone with strong artistic skills and experience in artisan chocolate work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce handcrafted bonbons, pralines, and filled chocolates

• Hand-paint polycarbonate molds using cocoa butter coloring techniques

• Prepare and balance fillings such as ganache, caramel, and flavored centers

• Execute shell casting, filling, sealing, and demolding processes

• Maintain consistency in design, flavor, and finish across small batches

• Collaborate with the Head Chocolatier on new flavors and seasonal collections

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in artisan bonbon and praline production

• Strong skills in hand-painted bonbon techniques and mold work

• Experience with ganache formulation, caramel, and shelf-life considerations

• High attention to detail and visual precision

• Ability to work in a small-batch, hands-on production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating signature or limited-edition bonbon collections

• Strong sense of color, design, and flavor pairing
