REQUIRED CLEANING/ HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

We are a well-established Cleaning / Maintenance Company seeking

CLEANING / HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Qualification:

1- Must be a degree holder with 4 to 5 years of Gulf experience.

2- ENGLISH / HINDI (speaking & writing).

3- Driving License

Role Responsibility

• Liaise daily with the Cleaning Manager on all site and staff matters

• Ensure the operation is managed in line with company standards, policies, and procedures

• Support the Cleaning Manager in the operational management of the cleaning contract across a large site, maximizing the performance of cleaning teams and ensuring the service is operated safely, hygienically, and to contractual specifications.

• Maintain efficient and accurate records for quality and cost control.

• Deliver excellent communication and motivation to the site, including communicating on a regular basis so that team goals can be achieved.

• Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals,s and the use of cleaning equipment and supervise the use of such equipment and chemicals.

• Ensure that all team members are familiar with and adhere to the Company’s Health and Safety Policy, cleaning methods, and Site inspection Procedures.

• Participate actively in monthly supervisor team meetings to develop ideas to enhance the service offer.

• Conduct regular cleaning audits and ensure that any issues highlighted are addressed appropriately.

• Conduct regular cleaning TRAINING to new staff

• Housekeeping knowledge is a must.
