HIRING: TARGET-DRIVEN SALES MANAGER – RIYADH
We are a Paper Manufacturing company based in Riyadh seeking a highly aggressive, result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth.
This is a strictly target-based role. The selected candidate will be fully accountable for increasing sales, building a new client base, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities (Target-Focused):
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and expand a new, sustainable client base
• Generate new business through active market visits, client meetings, and negotiations
• Lead, motivate, and strictly monitor the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies
• Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• Report directly on sales results, conversions, and revenue growth
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong experience in new business development
• Experience in production / manufacturing sales is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English
• Strong leadership with a results-first mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent performance
Other Requirements:
• Age below 40 years (preferred)
• Indian candidates preferred (Keralites will be given priority)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
