QS REQUIRED FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
Managing contracts and procurement processes
Monitoring project costs and ensuring financial efficiency
Conducting risk assessments and value engineering
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Construction Industry
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
