· Maintaining the food safety by implementing HACCP system with monitoring of the critical control points during production
· Raw material examination to assure that they do meet the standards formulated by the company in accordance with national and international standards.
· Formulation and monitoring of goals and objectives stated in the quality and food safety system
· Routine checking and testing of the products during manufacturing (evaluation and examination of the microbial quality of food, evaluation of the physical and chemical characteristic of the food) to assure that the materials examined are conforming to their specification and the listed company profile
· Active role in establishing of the food safety management system (ISO 22000:2005) with formulation of the food safety manual and the basic standard operational procedures related to the system, along with flow charts, work instructions, and forms required for monitoring the system
· Documentation and report formulation for the management in topics and issues related to the quality management in the company
· Active role in handling potentially unsafe products along with monitoring of the corrective actions made and subsequent testing to assure that the product meets the standards
· Verifying the application of the prerequisite programs, operational prerequisite programs and GMP practices listed in the food safety management system
· Conducting researches about and development of new production procedures, formulation of new products and improving the techniques used in manufacturing
· Role in customer care with effective correction and handling of customer complains
· Secondary tasks related to production managements (production orders formulation according to the requests collected by sales department)
· Problems, trouble shooting and error monitoring with effective handling and correction of root causes of such problems which are related to the production
