???? Location: Riyadh – Sulai

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to lead our wood, metal, and paint operations at our facility in Riyadh (Sulai area). This position is open to qualified expatriate professionals with strong fabrication and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across wood, metal, and paint fabrication departments

Plan production schedules, manpower, and material requirements

Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery

Lead, train, and manage fabrication teams

Coordinate with design, engineering, and project management teams

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a Fabrication Manager or similar role

Strong technical knowledge of woodworking, metal fabrication, and paint/finishing

Experience working in international or expatriate environments preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or currently residing in KSA
