We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities related to NDT equipment, oil & fuel products, and mechanical departments. The ideal candidate will have strong supplier management skills, technical understanding of mechanical systems, and experience in industrial or oil & gas environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services related to NDT, oil & fuel, and mechanical operations

2. Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships

3. Evaluate quotations, prepare purchase orders, and ensure cost-effective procurement

4. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements

5. Monitor inventory levels and plan timely replenishment

6. Track deliveries and resolve supply, quality, or pricing issues

7. Maintain accurate procurement records and reports

8. Minimum 2 years of experience inside KSA
