We are inviting applications for two Senior Recruiters to support ongoing PMC offshore projects across Saudi Arabia. The selected professionals will handle multiple site‑based recruitment requirements and must be fully capable of operating in a fast‑paced, remote hiring environment across the Kingdom.

???? Job Description

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end recruitment support for large‑scale PMC offshore projects. This includes managing high‑volume hiring needs, coordinating with site teams, sourcing niche technical talent, and ensuring timely mobilization in line with project schedules. The role demands strong stakeholder management, deep understanding of KSA labor requirements, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, multi‑location environment.

????️ Key Responsibilities

Manage full‑cycle recruitment for site‑based and offshore project roles across multiple disciplines.

Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for specialized technical and engineering positions.

Coordinate closely with project managers, site HR, and discipline leads to understand manpower plans.

Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on project specifications and competency requirements.

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, Iqama professions, and visa classifications.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and weekly progress reports.

Handle high‑volume hiring cycles with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Conduct remote interviews and assessments using digital platforms.

Support mobilization activities including documentation, onboarding, and coordination with site teams.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future project phases.

Initial 6‑month contract

Strong potential to extend up to 12 months based on performance and project needs
