We are seeking a reliable and skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot restaurant equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently to minimize downtime and support daily restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, cooking equipment, plumbing, electrical)
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions quickly
Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns
Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required
Keep accurate maintenance logs and service records
Assist with basic carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep
