Position Title

Dispatcher (ONLY INDIAN )

Reports To

Production Planner

Job Purpose

Coordinate end to end dispatch. Receive finished goods from Production Supervisors, stage and load

by route, secure complete documents, and deliver on time in full. Keep an accurate invoice and

delivery note trail and hand over confirmed dispatch quantities to the planner each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive finished products, verify SKU, batch, quantity, condition, and temperature, then record and

stage using first in first out.

• Convert approved orders into pick lists and loading sequences aligned with gate capacity and branch

non peak windows.

• Control loading, seal trucks, and keep the dispatch area organized and audit ready.

• Prepare invoices and delivery notes, collect driver and branch signatures, reconcile daily, submit

originals to Finance, archive scans.

• Track trips, resolve on route issues, record returns and discrepancies, and coordinate with

Production, Store Keeping, Quality, and Operations.

• Issue end of shift dispatch summary by SKU and branch to the planner.

KPIs

Dispatch on time in full rate.

On time truck departure rate.

Signed document return rate and reconciliation lead time.

Loading discrepancy rate per thousand units.
