1️⃣ Warehouse Manager – 3PL (FMCG & Pharmaceutical)

???? Location: Riyadh, KSA

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 34 to 45 years

• Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (Science, Commerce, or Pharmacy preferred)

• Language: Fluent English (spoken, written & reading)

• Experience:

o 10–20 years of hands-on warehouse operations experience

o Mandatory exposure to 3PL, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical warehouses

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound & Distribution)

• Inventory control & last-mile distribution

• MIS reporting, KPI management & P&L handling

• QHSE compliance and operational excellence

• Ability to work under pressure and manage extended hours when required

2️⃣ Warehouse Team Leaders

???? Location: Riyadh & Other KSA Locations

Eligibility:

• Age: 21 to 40 years

• Education: Bachelor’s degree

• Experience: 5–10 years in 3PL warehouse operations

• Language: English mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of inbound, picking & outbound activities

• Inventory accuracy & productivity control

• Team handling and shift management

• Compliance with safety and operational SOPs

3️⃣ Storekeepers

???? Location: Across Saudi Arabia

Eligibility:

• Age: 21 to 40 years

• Education: Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in 3PL / FMCG / Food / Pharma warehouses

• Strong knowledge of FIFO / FEFO, batch & expiry control

4️⃣ VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Operators

???? Location: Across Saudi Arabia

Eligibility:

• Age: 21 to 40 years

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as VNA / Reach Truck Operator

• Valid VNA/Reach Truck license preferred

• Physically fit for warehouse operations

5️⃣ Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Coordinator

???? Location: Saudi Arabia

Mandatory Eligibility (Saudi Labor Law & QHSE Compliant):

• Age: Below 40 years

• Education: Graduate (any recognized discipline)

• Experience:

o Minimum 5 years warehouse experience in the Middle East

o Mandatory experience in 3PL / FMCG / Food / Health & Cosmetics

• Legal Status:

o Valid & transferable Iqama

o Eligible to work under Saudi Labor Law

• Medical Fitness:

o Physically & mentally fit

o Fit to work in food, health & cosmetic environments

Technical & Compliance Knowledge (Essential):

• QHSE Management Systems

• SFDA, SASO, GSO regulations

• HACCP / GMP / GDP standards

• KPI tracking, MIS reporting & productivity analysis

• Inventory control, FIFO / FEFO, batch & expiry management

• Safety enforcement, hygiene, pest control & temperature compliance
