Job Description

We are looking for self-motivated recruiters / business development professionals to work on a commission basis. The role involves hunting new clients and sourcing suitable candidates (CVs) for various job requirements across multiple industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with recruitment or sales experience to earn attractive commissions with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Client Hunting / Business Development

Identify and approach new clients (companies)

Promote manpower and recruitment services

Collect job requirements from clients

Maintain client relationships

Recruitment / Sourcing

Source and screen CVs as per client requirements

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

Support end-to-end recruitment until placement

Requirements

Experience in recruitment, manpower consultancy, sales, or business development

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently

Good network of candidates or employers is an advantage

Compensation

Commission-based only (Attractive payout per successful placement)

No fixed salary
