We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Secretary to the Chairman to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and confidential support to the Chairman.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
– Act as a primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
– Prepare, review, and coordinate confidential documents, reports, presentations, and minutes
– Ensure timely follow-up on decisions, action points, and strategic initiatives
– Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
– Coordinate board meetings and executive communications
– Support day-to-day executive operations and special projects as required
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar senior role
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
– Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
– High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
– Proficiency in MS Office and modern office systems
– Ability to work independently and under pressure
