???? Grade: N6–N7 Professional Services

???? Reporting To: Project Manager Lead

????️ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Lead architectural design from concept to handover

✔️ Ensure compliance with codes, standards & client objectives

✔️ Multidisciplinary coordination (MEP, Structural, Façade)

✔️ Review shop drawings, RFIs, and material submittals

✔️ Mentor and guide architectural teams

???? Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

✔️ Minimum 8+ years experience (housing & residential projects)

✔️ Strong knowledge of high-end finishes and local market

✔️ Proficient in AutoCAD and presentation tools
