???? Reporting To: Project Manager Lead

???? Key Responsibilities

✔️ Mechanical design review & constructability input

✔️ Supervision of HVAC & plumbing works

✔️ QA/QC inspections and compliance monitoring

✔️ Mechanical systems commissioning & testing

✔️ Coordination with contractors and multidisciplinary teams

???? Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

✔️ Minimum 8+ years experience in residential HVAC & mechanical systems

✔️ Strong knowledge of mechanical codes & standards

✔️ Excellent communication skills
