Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Junior HR Executive with good communication skills and hands-on knowledge of Bahrain government HR processes. The ideal candidate should be an immediate joiner or available on short notice and capable of supporting daily HR and administrative functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in full-cycle recruitment including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Support LMRA, CPR, visa processing, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
Maintain employee files, contracts, HR records, and documentation accurately.
Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR data updates.
Coordinate joining and exit formalities, final documentation, and handover processes.
Support employee relations and respond to basic HR-related queries.
Assist in preparing HR reports and updating HR databases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Bahrain Labor Law.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Bahrain.
Working knowledge of LMRA, CPR, MOL, and SIO/GOSI processes.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Immediate joiner preferred.
Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
