Engineering Equipment Maintenance Management:
Monitor and improve the quality and efficiency of regional equipment maintenance work, ensuring targets for timeliness, quality, and cost are met.
Incident & Emergency Response:
Responsible for handling engineering equipment work orders during store operations, tracking progress, quality, and costs. Possess solid technical knowledge across multiple disciplines (including plumbing & drainage, electrical systems, refrigeration, etc.). Develop emergency response plans and, in the event of sudden equipment failures, lead relevant teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Job Requirements:
College degree or above, preferably in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or a related field; valid electrician certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering equipment maintenance within retail, cold chain, refrigeration, or related industries, with proven experience managing maintenance teams.
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with different departments and stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly execution-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and goal achievement.
Strong learning ability and teamwork skills, with logical thinking and adaptability; able to quickly understand industry characteristics and embrace new technologies or concepts.
