Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong communication skills and solid knowledge of Bahrain / GCC labor laws. The ideal candidate must be an immediate joiner and capable of handling full-spectrum HR operations independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Handle LMRA, CPR, visa processing, renewals, transfers, and cancellations in compliance with Bahrain regulations.
Ensure adherence to Bahrain Labor Law and company HR policies.
Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management systems.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations legally and professionally.
Coordinate GOSI/SIO registration, medical insurance, and employee benefits.
Support payroll processing, overtime, EOSB calculations, and final settlements.
Assist in performance appraisals, promotions, and training coordination.
Prepare HR reports and support manpower planning for management.
Act as a liaison between employees, management, and government authorities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5–8 years of HR experience, with Bahrain / GCC exposure required.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, and MOL procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to join immediately (mandatory).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
