We are a well-established medical health facility in Riyadh seeking a RCM Approval Assistant to join our Insurance Approval Department (Front Desk).
Job Responsibilities:
Process medical insurance approvals and claims efficiently
Coordinate with insurance companies for pre-approvals and claim submissions
Ensure accuracy of patient and insurance information
Support the front desk and insurance approval workflow
Follow up on pending approvals and claims
Requirements:
Experience in RCM, insurance approvals, or medical claims processing is highly beneficial
Familiarity with medical insurance procedures in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
