Role: Electrical Assembler 3 (Drilling – Oil & Gas Sector)

Location: Ras Al Khair

Job Summary:

Will be expected to install electrical components such as wiring, plugs, receptacles, and junction boxes, and assemble a wide

variety of rig equipment such as VFD houses and drillers cabins.

Experience Required:

– 5 – 8 years of work experience.

Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities:

Will be expected to install electrical components such as wiring, plugs, receptacles, and junction boxes, and assemble a wide

variety of rig equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Installation of electrical components into rig equipment.

– Lead the general electrical assembler level 1 and level 2.

– Handle day to day operations and report to the electrical supervisor

– Perform all the wiring installation of all the plugs, receptacles, and junction boxes.

– Troubleshoots systems, make necessary repairs and any corrections.

– Assist during tests and electrical commissioning.

Education/Qualifications:

– Diploma certificate or work experience in assembly field or drilling oilfield.

Key Competencies & Skills:

– Able to read blueprints, and work with other people and listen to instruction.

– Quality Assurance Carry out all duties in accordance with the QMS procedures and Work Instructions.

– Contribute to general improvements in the quality and key activities of the department/area.

– Training Participate in training where required.

– Health, Safety and Environment

– Carry out all duties safely and in accordance with the Health & Safety Policy, Employee Handbook, procedures, training, and instructions.

– To be safety conscious and report any safety hazards to the HSE representative.
