1. Abrasive Blaster:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Abrasive Blaster.

2. Coating Applicator

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Coating Applicator.

Key Responsibilities for ( Abrasive Blaster & Coating Applicator)

• Examines the nature of the work requirement and determines most appropriate solution.

• Applies paint to surfaces including canvas, walls, floors, doors, and cabinets.

• Paints in accordance with approved color schemes, and corrosion control specifications and mixes paints for proper color.

• Mixes, matches and applies paint, varnish, shellac and other finishes using brushes, rollers and sprayers.

• Scrapes, sandpapers, primes and seals surfaces prior to painting.

• Cleans walls to ensure proper adherence and covers surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection.

• Calculates amounts of required materials and estimate costs

• Fills cracks, holes and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using putty knives.

• Selects and buys paint from vendors, negotiates prices and purchases quality brushes.

• Cleans up all equipment, including brushes and spray guns.

• Performs sandblasting, sanding, filling and smoothing to clean and prepare surfaces.

• Maintains tools and equipment in good working order.

• Maintains records to reflect work accomplished.

• Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.

• Performs any other related duties as directed by his supervisor.
