Job Title: Receptionist
Location: zayed town
Working Hours: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients professionally and ensuring a positive first impression
Managing appointment bookings and confirmations
customer service and marketing
Answering phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries
Handling cash/card payments and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assisting with basic administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist (salon/spa experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
