Key Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble sofa frames (wooden or metal)
Fix foam, padding, and upholstery materials
Perform fabric, leather, or rexine fitting
Measure, cut, and stitch materials (if applicable)
Ensure proper finishing, comfort, and durability
Repair and refurbish sofas when required
Maintain tools, machines, and a clean work area
Follow workshop safety and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sofa Maker / Upholsterer
Strong knowledge of sofa manufacturing and upholstery work
Ability to work independently and meet production targets
Attention to detail and finishing quality
Preferred (Optional)
GCC experience is an advantage
Experience in custom-made and luxury sofas
