About the Role

Olive Green Contracting is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MEP Supervisor to lead our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations. In this role, you will be the bridge between design and execution, ensuring that all building systems are installed to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

– On-Site Leadership: Supervise the installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

– Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for MEP subcontractors, ensuring work stays on schedule and aligns with architectural plans.

– Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets local building codes and Olive Green’s internal quality standards.

– Troubleshooting: Identify technical bottlenecks early and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.

– Safety Oversight: Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

– Experience: 5+ years in MEP supervision, preferably within commercial or large-scale residential construction.

– Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of mechanical (HVAC), electrical (Power & Lighting), and plumbing (Water & Drainage) systems.

– Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret complex MEP shop drawings and schematics.

– Leadership: A leader who fosters a collaborative environment & effectively resolving conflicts and mentoring junior staff.

– Certification: A degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred.
