Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Female Sales Executive to join our Travel & Tourism Agency. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of airline ticketing and visa application processes and be passionate about sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries

• Sell airline tickets, travel packages, and visit visa services

• Provide correct information regarding flight options, fares, and visa requirements

• Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into sales

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain customer records and daily sales reports

• Coordinate with ticketing and operations teams

Requirements:

• Female candidate only

• Basic knowledge of airline ticket booking and visa application processes is required

• Experience in travel, tourism, or sales will be an advantage

• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog/Arabic is a plus)

• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, WhatsApp)

• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented
