We are seeking “Civil Supervisor” to oversee on-site operations and ensure our projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the bridge between the Project Manager and the site crew, managing daily labor, materials, and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Directing daily activities of subcontractors and site labor.

Quality Control: Ensuring all work meets structural specifications and blueprints.

Safety Leadership: Enforcing strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and conducting toolbox talks.

Progress Reporting: Keeping daily logs of work completed, materials used, and any delays.

Resource Coordination: Managing the delivery and storage of construction materials and equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent trade experience).

Experience: Minimum 02 years in a supervisory role within the (Residential/Commercial/Industrial) sector.

Technical Skills: Ability to read complex blueprints, CAD drawings, and site layouts.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and clear communication.

Certifications: OSHA 30, CSCS card, or First Aid certification.
