Key Responsibilities

• Proactively promote and sell banking products (Credit Cards, Loans, and Accounts) to potential customers.

• Identify new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities and networking.

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending the right financial solutions.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in banking, insurance, or outdoor sales is highly preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a major plus).

• Mindset: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bahrain market and consumer landscape.
