Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop and post job advertisements on local and international platforms
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and LMRA requirements
Support visa processing and onboarding documentation (if applicable)
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of recruitment experience (Bahrain/GCC experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of Bahraini labor laws and LMRA procedures
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Experience with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
