We are looking for a highly competent Shop Drawings Draftsman to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on producing high-quality, fully coordinated shop drawings for architectural, interior fit-out, and MEP works, in addition to preparing accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and material schedules directly from Revit models. Experience in cost estimation is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and coordinated shop drawings for Architectural, Interior Fit-Out, and MEP scopes.

• Produce quantity take-offs, BOQs, and material schedules from Revit models with high accuracy.

• Coordinate with design, engineering, QS, and site teams to ensure constructability and compliance.

• Update drawings based on site conditions, design revisions, RFIs, and client/consultant comments, ensuring proper revision control.

• Maintain drawing registers, transmittals, revision logs, and submission records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in shop drawings production within construction projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).

• Working knowledge of MEP coordination and interface management.

• Strong experience in quantity surveying / take-offs / BOQ preparation using Revit.

• SketchUp knowledge is a plus.

• Cost estimation experience is an advantage.

• Strong communication and time-management skills.
